Who we are

VEYRA is a small online store that sells phone cases and MagSafe wallets. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. To reach us about anything here, use our contact page.

What we collect

• When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered.
• Card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page. They never reach us and we never see or store them.
• When you message us: your name, email, the order number if you give one, and your message.
• When you join our email list: your email, where on the site you signed up, and when you agreed.
• Your bag is kept in your own browser until you check out. It is not sent to us before then.
• If you arrive through one of our social media links (for example our Instagram bio), your browser remembers which one for up to 30 days, and we save that with your order so we know which app sent you. Nothing else about your visit is recorded.
• Your internet address is used briefly to stop spam and abuse. It is not saved with your order or message.

How we use it

• To process, pack and ship your order and to send you updates about it, including an email with your tracking number when it ships.
• To answer your messages and handle returns and warranty claims.
• To send list emails, only if you joined. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep records that tax and accounting rules require.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Stripe, which processes payments and works out sales tax, so it receives your email, name and shipping address.
• Our supplier and shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site.
• Resend, which sends our order emails, so it receives your email address, first name, what you ordered and your tracking number.
• A private messaging service we use to alert ourselves about new orders and messages, so nothing waits unread.

We don't sell your information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages and list signups are deleted when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be treated differently for using them. Send the request through our contact page from the email you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 45 days.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising cookies. The site keeps your bag and a few display settings in your own browser so they are still there when you come back.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site uses encrypted connections. Payments are handled by Stripe. Our order records are behind a password that only we hold.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update it here and change the date at the top. Big changes will also be pointed out on the site.
