What is it made of?
It's artificial leather with a soft-touch, suede-feel finish. It isn't animal suede or any branded fabric, and we'd rather tell you than let a product name do the hinting.
I'm getting a new iPhone. When should I order?
Whenever suits you. Delivery takes about 24 to 35 days, so if you want it waiting when your new phone arrives, order a few weeks ahead. It's cut for one model, so pick your exact model on the product page.
Will it protect my phone?
It covers the back and sides and helps with everyday bumps and scuffs. We don't claim a drop rating because we haven't tested one.
Does it work with MagSafe?
Yes. It's magnetic and MagSafe compatible, so chargers, wallets and mounts snap on.
How do I clean it?
Brush to refresh, spot clean with mild soap. Dab, don't scrub, and let it air dry.
Will the color look like the photos?
Our product photos are digital renders matched to the real case's color and shape. Every screen shows color a little differently. If it doesn't look right in person, you have 30 days to send it back.
How long does delivery take?
About 24 to 35 days in the US. Orders ship directly from our production partner overseas, which keeps the price fair but takes longer than a warehouse down the street. Follow it anytime on our Track order page. Shipping is free.
Where is it made and shipped from?
Our cases and wallets are made by a production partner in China and shipped straight to you from there, fully tracked. We choose every material and color ourselves, and we're a small shop based in Los Angeles. Returns come back to our US address.
What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Return shipping is on you for change-of-mind returns. If it's defective, the return is free and we'll replace it or refund you. Start a return through our contact page with your order number and we'll reply with the return address and steps.
